This Agency Portal web application encrypts all data you send to us and read from us. We only store the documents you submit to us.

It is designed to allow Agencies to upload various documents as requested. If you are an Agent or Adjuster, please go here instead. Please click here to view instructions regarding renewals.

ATTENTION: when you upload your citizenship affidavit and supporting documentation, please upload them separately. Also, we will NOT DISPLAY your supporting documentation once uploaded, for security reasons.

It is very important that the documentation be legible. Towards that end, we recommend scanning them either in color or grayscale.
If we cannot read your documentation, we will be forced to ask you to rescan them and upload them again.
The file formats we accept are: pdf, tiff and jpeg.
